The Elite Safety Vests come with a pocket big enough for a modern smartphone, a clear pouch for ID cards and slim pen pocket. These vests are made from high-quality materials with a robust zip to the Australian standards (AS/NZS 4602.1 and AS/NZS 1906.4:2010). However only the orange and yellow coloured vests meet the colour requirements of the standard which means these vests need to worn around hazardous construction environments. Yellow and orange vests get overdone and for most situations and environments are not necessary. Unless it is written into your H&S policy another coloured vest is a smart way for distinguishing different roles and people. Your company, school or church can do exactly the same. It's a smart way of identifying different roles eg Fire Wardens wear red, Visitors wear Pink, Security wears Black and the gorgeous wear Purple.
Vest Sizes:
Vests are loose fitting so exact sizing is not critical. If you are unsure of your sizing go up a size. Its much better having a safety vest that is a little baggy than a tight one. Measurements are taken across the front (armpit to armpit):

Loved the vest, however, I needed one I could do up, and unfortunately even with a 4XL I still missed out on acheiving this goal. No point in getting the next size as it would have dwarded me.
